This posting allows you to register with ChaseSource and be considered for current and future contact center assignments as they become available. Roles support professional, high-volume service environments and may vary in assignment length, schedule, and structure based on client needs.

Contact Center Opportunities May Include

• Onsite inbound and/or outbound call center roles

• Handling customer inquiries, service requests, and issue resolution via phone

• Accurately documenting interactions in CRM or call management systems

• Meeting quality, performance, and productivity metrics

• Following scripted workflows, compliance standards, and client policies

• Collaborating with supervisors and team members to support service goals

Qualifications

• Prior contact center or call center experience required

• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
