We’re hiring a Chief Medical Officer in Florida who wants to build, lead, and shape the future of a growing outpatient organization.
You’ll step into a clinical leadership role focused on strengthening provider performance, improving quality outcomes, and expanding services. This is not a plug-and-play position — you’ll roll up your sleeves, build systems, earn trust, and drive measurable growth while maintaining a clinical presence.

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary target $250,000 (up to $300,000 for the right candidate)

• 403(b) with 3% base contribution + 6% employer match
