  • Project Management: Managing production budgets, tracking timelines to meet deadlines, and organizing a digital media archive for future use. Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop project timelines and budgets and ensure that all projects are executed according to plan.
  • External Partners: Coordinate with external vendors, freelance talent, and production partners to leverage additional resources and capabilities for project execution.

  • Creativity: Exhibit strong creative vision with the ability to execute innovative ideas and concepts. Social Media content is a part of this role, so adaptability across different execution styles is key, with an eye for high value production and social first.
  • Studio / Equipment: Manage and track studio equipment for studio and location shoots. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment within the marketing and creative team.
  • Analytics: Be receptive to content performance across platforms, making data-driven adjustments to improve engagement and reach.

What makes you a good fit
