JB3 DELIVERY LLC is an Amazon XL Delivery Service Partner (DSP) in St. Rose, Louisiana is looking for enthusiastic, team players (Delivery Associate) to deliver smiles AND Amazon packages. DSPs are independent businesses that partner with Amazon to deliver packages. Our Delivery Drivers strive to get every Amazon order to the customer’s door on time. Job Description

We need reliable, independent, flexible, hard workers who pay attention to details, can quickly problem solve a wide range of situations, and win in a fast-paced environment!

Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, communicate effectively, and are ready to get the job done. Successful delivery associates enjoy being out on the road, putting safety first, and care deeply about customer expectations and satisfaction.

Shifts range between 8-10 hours per day, Full & Part -Time positions available.

Compensation: $17.00/hour + overtime as required, and benefits

Positions Available: Full-time and part-time 

What You’ll Do:

As a Delivery Helper, you’ll be a helper on a DOT regulated delivery vehicle. You will be a delivery hero in the neighborhoods you serve - safely delivering smiles to customers every day in the form of critical supplies, household goods, toys and so much more. You can expect to work 4-5 days per week and up to 10 hours per day.

Qualifications

What You’ll Need:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be willing to put Safety First
• Must be able to move boxes weighing 70 pounds up to 300 pounds as part of a delivery team, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Delivery teams will sometimes need to walk up flights of stairs to deliver
• Delivery teams will make 20-50 stops per day depending on in home deliveries
• Must have a positive TEAM attitude
• Delivery teams will be offered rest and meal breaks.
