LaSalle Network is partnering with E4health to hire an experienced Inpatient Coder who thrives in high-acuity, fast-paced environments. This Inpatient Coder role is built for professionals coming from large academic medical centers who are comfortable navigating complex workflows and delivering precise, compliant coding.

What’s the job?

• Assign ICD-10-CM and ICD-10-PCS codes for inpatient records
• Abstract clinical data to support reporting and reimbursement
• Ensure accurate documentation and coding compliance
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to clarify documentation
• Maintain coding accuracy in complex, high-volume environments
• Adapt quickly to evolving workflows and client needs

What’s needed?

• CCS certification (required)
• 3+ years of inpatient coding experience
• Recent experience in an academic medical center (500+ beds preferred)
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM/PCS guidelines
• Ability to navigate complex cases and workflows
• Experience with Epic or Solventum (preferred)
