Job Description We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and customer-focused professional to serve in a dual role as Move-In Coordinator and Receptionist. This position is responsible for managing the move-in and admission process for new residents while also overseeing front desk operations and providing exceptional customer service to residents, families, and visitors. This role is essential in creating a positive first impression and ensuring a smooth transition into our community. Responsibilities

• Greet residents and visitors with a positive and helpful attitude
• Assist Executive Team with a variety of administrative task
• Answer phones in a professional manner
• Provide excellent customer service
• Coordinate all aspects of the move-in and admission process from initial inquiry to post-move follow-up
• Receive, review, and manage all required admission documents
• Coordinate all communication with physicians and healthcare providers
• Maintain accurate documentation of all admission and discharge activity
• Welcome new residents and assist with orientation to the community
• Communicate resident needs with nursing, dining, housekeeping, and maintenance teams
• Conduct tours and assist with community integration

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a receptionist or related field highly preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong knowledge of MS Office programs
