Abacus is a leading provider in the distribution of light industrial talent. We are currently looking for an Onsite Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This is a permanent full time position. Duties

• Work onsite at our client's facility and nurturing the relationship and ensuring all their needs are met
• Actively monitor associates' work performance through walking the production floor
• Conduct new hire orientations, onboard candidates and check employees at the beginning of their shift
• Coach employees on performance improve performance and work to decrease turnover
• Create and maintain multiple daily and weekly reports such as for daily attendance/ performance and turn over reporting utilizing Excel.
• Conduct injury and employee investigations as required.
• Assist with recruiting when needed.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse management experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products, emphasis on Excel
• Flexibility to accommodate scheduling changes and business needs as necessary
• Previous experience within the light industrial industry preferred

• Sense of urgency and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work with a diverse group of people
• Bilingual Spanish/English required
