About the Role
We’re hiring a Senior Product Designer to own product strategy and design! This role will be a major influence on the Product Team, helping strategize and design multiple core assets for our B2B SaaS product.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end product strategy and design for one or more product areas (e.g., Ideation/Canvas, Tasks, Onboarding).
Define and challenge product direction, bring strong product thinking to an early, rapidly evolving product.
Produce high-quality, pixel-perfect designs in Figma; create prototypes; and implement designs directly in code when needed.
Help build our design system and visual identity, collaborating closely with the broader team.
Explore and shape the future of product development with AI, contributing ideas and critique.
Skills & Experience Needed
4+ years of experience in product design or similar role.
Impeccable visual and interaction design skills; deep taste and intuition for what makes a product feel exceptional.
Strong visual evidence of work (portfolio, website, or equivalent).
Ability to proactively define user problems, challenge assumptions, and propose strategic design directions.
Motivated to do the best work of your career, move quickly, and create impact in an early-stage environment.
Excited about AI-enhanced workflows and understand the problems we’re solving.
Open to spending some of the time contributing directly to code to implement prototypes and refine design details.
