Job Description

Agoura Hills Car Wash and Lavaggio Detail Center is looking for an energetic, knowledgeable Site Manager to join a growing team. The Site Manager is responsible for the operations and administration of both sites. Including site upkeep, guest service, membership inquiries and training a positive team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned

  • Manage employees to ensure all systems and procedures are being followed. 
  • Develop, manage, and assign tasks appropriately to ensure the site is clean, organized, and well-kept based on Company standards. 
  • Maintain a professional and supportive image among subordinates.
  • Implement non-discriminatory related management skills while training, counseling, and motivating employees. 
  • Engage in routine weekly and monthly meetings. 
  • Develop positive and professional relationships with all suppliers. 
  • Promote excellent service and resolve customer complaints in a timely, professional manner. 
  • Promote and ensure a safe, positive public image within the neighboring community. 
  • Train all employees ensuring that customer service, site image and marketing execution meet Company standards. 
  • Train all employees on safety procedures and promote safety awareness. 
  • Develop ways and means to ensure that all employees receive proper communication in a timely manner. 
  • Ensure paperwork is completed and sent to applicable departments, including but not limited to employment and personnel paperwork. 
  • Perform administrative work, such as sales reporting, membership enrollment, injury reports, time keeping records, and answer emails. 
  • Organize and maintain all site files and manuals. 
  • Ensure that all required employment related posters and signs are in a place that is easily accessible to all employees. 
  • Inspect facility and equipment for safety, cleanliness, and proper working order. 
  • Contacts maintenance for repair when needed. 
  • Assists new applicants with application process. 
  • Performs all duties with minimal supervision. 
  • Attends job-related meetings (may be required to work irregular hours)


Job Qualifications:

  • Experience: Combination of experience of car wash and guest service industry required.


Knowledge:

  • Maintain the highest level of guest service.
  • Ability to adapt to an ever-changing high-volume car wash.
  • Have the ability to take initiative when problems arise.
  • Flexibility to adapt in a variety of situations.
  • Have attention to detail
  • Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates (Including Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays.)
  • Demonstrate ability to improve team performance through motivation, training and setting clear expectations.


Leadership Skills:

  • Written and Verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to multitask and have excellent organizational skills is essential
  • Must be able to lead, support, and contribute to team goals


Language Skills:

  • Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing, clearly communicating operational concerns with Management, co-workers, and guests.
  • Spanish speaking is a plus.
